How much does Maven cost, and how does it work with my health insurance?
Deloitte professionals and their eligible dependents enrolled in a Deloitte national medical plan are eligible for free access to Maven for maternity support.
How do I and/or my partner sign up?
Enrollment occurs digitally using a computer or mobile device, using this page. Please note you and your partner must be enrolled in a Deloitte national medical plan to be eligible.
What types of specialists can I connect with through Maven?
You can video chat and message with fertility, pregnancy and postpartum specialists, mental health providers, OB-GYNs, nurse practitioners, midwives, doulas, prenatal nutritionists, physical therapists, developmental psychologists, pediatricians, lactation consultants, sleep coaches, parenting experts, and career coaches anytime.
What if I already have an in-person OB-GYN or pediatrician?
You can continue to see your chosen providers but video chat with Maven providers for guidance and second opinions. Our providers include a range of specialists you might not have access to—from midwives and doulas to diabetes coaches and career coaches. Your Care Advocate can also help you find in-person providers within your health plan if you’d like.
Who can I contact for Fertility and Early Delivery support?
Optum’s Bright Beginnings – Family Support Network provides the following support to you at no additional cost, as part of your benefits plan:
i. Fertility support — Your fertility nurse will give you personalized guidance throughout your fertility journey, help you find high-performing in-network specialists, and maximize your healthcare benefits
ii. Support for early deliveries — If your baby is admitted to a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), Neonatal Resource Services (NRS) is designed to bring hope and comfort to families. During the program, neonatal nurses can help answer your questions and provide 1:1 support after your delivery.

How does Maven support partners?
Partners can sign up with their own account and benefit from the same specialist appointments, articles, videos, and virtual classes. Your partner will also receive content that is specific to the partner experience. Please note you and your partner must be enrolled in a Deloitte national medical plan to be eligible.
What kind of postpartum support does Maven offer?
You can access unlimited coaching and education from Maven providers including:
- Lactation consultants for questions around baby feeding
- OB-GYNs and doulas to help you navigate the recovery process
- Career coaches for return-to-work support
- Infant sleep coaches to help get your baby on a schedule
- Pediatricians to answer your middle-of-the-night questions
- Nutritionists for both you and your baby
- Mental health providers to help with your emotional wellbeing
Plus, you have access to a library of expert-vetted content and provider classes, and a Maven Care Advocate who is available to help guide you through every step of your postpartum journey.
Does Maven offer support in languages other than English?
The Maven app and website are available in English, Spanish, French, and Canadian French. Providers on Maven speak more than 35 different languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, French, German, Japanese, and Hebrew. Maven offers an additional 170 languages available through a real-time translator service similar to what you might experience in a hospital or clinic if you didn’t speak the same language as the providers. Your Care Advocate can help you find the right providers for your needs.
