How much does Maven cost, and how does it work with my health insurance?

You don’t need to worry about insurance coverage or out-of-pocket costs for Maven. Your employer fully covers your enrollment in Maven, so you and your partner can use it for free.

What types of providers can I connect with through Maven?

You can use Maven to book unlimited coaching and educational virtual appointments with providers specializing in the adoption and surrogacy journey including adoption and surrogacy experts, mental health providers, pediatricians, career coaches, and more.

Do Maven’s providers speak languages other than English?

Providers on Maven speak over 35 different languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, French, German, Hebrew and many others. In addition, Maven offers simultaneous translation similar to what you might experience in a hospital or clinic if you didn’t speak the same language as the providers. Your Care Advocate can help you find the right providers for your needs.

How can Maven support partners throughout the parenthood journey?

Eligible partners can sign up for their own account and benefit from Maven’s provider appointments, articles, videos, and virtual classes. Those enrolled in the Maven partner track will also receive content that’s specific to their experience.

How do I and/or my partner sign up?

Signing up for Maven is as easy as downloading the Maven Clinic app to your iOS or Android device and following the prompts to get started. If you'd rather sign up from your desktop, just follow the "Activate your membership" links on this page. Your partner will just need to use your information to validate their own membership when signing up.

How do I sign up for Maven Wallet?

After activating your free membership, eligible employees will be able to access Maven Wallet within the Maven platform. Maven Wallet can be used for easy reimbursement of qualifying expenses related to family-building. If you have questions during enrollment, email the Maven Care Team at support@mavenclinic.com for 24/7 support.

Important Note from the Firm:  Please be advised that the Maven adoption and surrogacy-related services (the “Program”) available to you are restricted to eligible reimbursements and coaching/education-only appointments.  The specific terms and conditions of the Program, including eligibility, are set forth in the documents governing the Program which can be found on the Benefits Department page of the Firm’s intranet (“theSlate”).  The Program benefits do not include any medical care, treatment, or diagnosis (collectively, “Medical Care”).  For services related to Medical Care, please reach out to the group health plan in which you are enrolled or consult the applicable group health plan documents for coverage information.  If you need assistance navigating the adoption and surrogacy-related services offered by Maven under the Program, please contact your Maven Care Advocate.  If you have questions about your coverage for Medical Care under the Firm’s group health plan or any other plan sponsored by the Firm, please contact the Benefits Department at 212-735-3204. 

Although the Firm has made every effort to ensure the information on the Maven website accurately reflects the Program, if there is any conflict or inconsistency between the information provided on the Maven website and the documents governing the Program, the Program documents will prevail.  All eligibility determinations with respect to participation in the Program are made by the Firm.  If you have questions about your eligibility for the Program, please contact the Benefits Department. The Firm, through its Policy Committee or other committee of the Firm acting with the powers of the Policy Committee, reserves the right at any time to terminate the Program, or any part of it, or to amend the provisions of the Program.
