What if I already have an in-person OB-GYN or pediatrician?

Maven’s telehealth services are complementary to in-person care. You should continue to use your existing providers in addition to those of Maven, and Maven’s Care Advocates can also refer you to in-person providers when necessary.

Does Maven offer support in languages other than English?

The Maven app and website are available in English, Spanish, French, and Canadian French. Providers on Maven speak more than 35 different languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, French, German, Japanese, and Hebrew. Maven offers an additional 170 languages available through a real-time translator service similar to what you might experience in a hospital or clinic if you didn’t speak the same language as the providers. Your Care Advocate can help you find the right providers for your needs.
